"I never have really had a ritual. I just don't talk much and get focused."

"I hear that most freshmen redshirt at Rice anyway and I'm coming in with a foot injury so I'm expecting to redshirt."

"I will need to adjust to the speed of the game because I know it will be alot faster than high school."

"Yes I have gotten to know a few of the incoming freshman over the recruiting process which was fun. I also know a few of the current players already that went to Cinco Ranch."

"I probably would have tried to walk-on at Texas A&M."
