Pirri transferred from Southeast Missouri after one semester there in 2008. He will be eligible to play this January after sitting out a year under transfer rules.
Hasn't played any college minutes, so here's a little bit from his high school bio, the first notable is particularly impressive...
Led the state of Louisiana in 3 point shooting as a high school senior, hitting an incredible 139 3-pointers in 2007-2008. He made an amazing 48% of his attempts from beyond the arc ...
In his high school career, Pirri scored 1,490 career points. Also set a school record with 274 3-pointers.
Pirri averaged 18 points, six rebounds and four assists his senior year at Christian Life High School in Metairie, La (New Orleans). Christian Life won the Class 1A Louisiana State Championship for the third straight year in 2008.
Pirri was a 2nd team Class 1A All-State selection as a senior in high school.
Owl Sports Watch says, "Obviously Stuart Pirri is a dangerous perimeter player. He's a 3-point shooter deluxe that can come in and impact games offensively. Will help keep teams from sagging down on the post. Pirri needs to get stronger to be able to bang from the Small Forward position, but nobody questions his range from outside."

He's got a great outside shot, and he's 6-8. Could develop into a real weapon. The perimeter games of our big men + the size of some our forwards could present some matchup problems for the opposition.
